Most everyone I know has at least taken a bite of Pumpkin Pie and Sweet Potato Pie, but have you tried Squash Pie? It’s made from a super sweet variety of squash called the Buttercup Squash. Come on now Buttercup…you HAVE to try this!

I laugh every time I tell folks this, but I use vodka in the crust. The level of evaporation is unbeatable and just makes the flakiest crust! The recipe is posted here. Just search vodka and you’ll find it! 🙂
