Man has it been COLD! I’m a Southern girl and my Southern bones can’t take much more of this!

My saving grace for the past few weeks has been piping hot bowls of soups, stews and chowders. One of my favorite soups is a recipe created from one of my favorite sandwiches…the classic Reuben!

Perfect for these cold days that lie ahead, get some of this in your belly. And don’t skip the grilled cheese croutons y’all 🙂
