Pan Seared Feta with Marinara & Crusty Bread
- 1 block Feta
- 1/2 cup Panko
- 1 Egg
- Olive Oil
- Marinara Sauce
- Crusty Bread
Crack egg into a small baking dish or plate. Dip both sides of the feta into the egg until well coated. Next, dip feta in Panko, coating both sides well.
Place oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Pan sear both sides of the feta until deep golden brown and crispy. Serve with Marinara Sauce and Crusty Bread. Or, top your salad with a wedge of this!
