Summer Strawberry Patch Fizz

• 2 ounces – Strawberry infused vodka
• 1 ounce of white grape juice
• 1/2 ounce – mint simple syrup
• 1 whole strawberry
• 2 mint leaves
• Prosecco

Infused Strawberry Vodka – take one whole package of strawberries and a 750ml Vodka – combine in a container and let it sir for 72 hours

Mint Simple Syrup – take 3 cups of sugar and 10 mint leaves – add them to 3 cups of boiling water, reduce heat and simmer allowing sugar to dissolve and mint to steep for 10 minutes.

In a mixing tin or pint glass muddle mint and strawberry with simple syrup. Build your drink in a tall glass with ice, then add vodka and white grape juice – top with Prosecco.
