I wanted to take a minute this morning to thank y’all for all of the private messages, emails, text messages and words of encouragement yesterday in teaching my first cooking class. When I first began cooking I had no idea where this journey would take me. I really had no idea I was even ON a journey!

It began with a passion for cooking and the love for feeding people, and has evolved into competition titles, nationally published recipes, a published cooking column, a growing blog, instructing cooking classes and now offers to come into private homes and prepare meals, give private lessons and cater events. I truly had no idea this is where it would lead but sometimes God opens doors you never even knew were there.
