When I first created this recipe, my sweet boy fell in love. With the fish.

I decided right then this would be the highlight of a new menu for my cooking classes. I had no idea the stir this recipe would cause! A record breaking EIGHT class encores later, and over 200 Chilean Sea Bass Fillets served, this is still my most favorite fish.

If you’re a seafood lover, this fish is a beautiful fillet with the most flaky, buttery flavor you will ever taste. Sea Bass is very forgiving so give it a try! It is a beautiful and impressive entree that won’t blow your time budget. It’s a great catch 😉
