It is clearly evident by their truly grand opening that Ricky Walia and Sunny Minhas, owners of Bombay Brasserie, intend for their restaurant to become a permanent and well loved fixture in the Roswell community.

Roswell is such an amazing food city filled with Italian, American, Cafes, Pubs, Steakhouses, Cuban, Mexican, Asian, and anything else your heart or palate desires. Although Indian foods are present in the culinary climate, none are quite like what Bombay is bringing to the area.

Bombay Brasserie will feature classic and traditional Indian favorites as well as American, European and Chinese infusions in newly created menu offerings such as Tandoori Salmon with Mustard Greens and Spinach, Indian Butter and Cornbread.

Although the food and menu is the focal point of any restaurant, the ambiance and design concept is equally as important. Bombay Brasserie brings a pristine example of modern decor, elegance and creativity.

The restaurant features a full bar as well as an extensive array of craft cocktails, infusing traditional Indian spices into the drinks. Belly dancing will be a fun highlight on Friday and Saturday nights as well as a selection of hookahs. Patio seating is available in their beautiful outdoor area.

It’s no secret that my favorite cuisine is Indian. I drool at the mere mention of Tikka, Vindaloo, Biryani and Naan. Don’t even get me started on Gulab Jamun. I could soak myself in that sauce. Not kidding. That said, welcome to Roswell Bombay Brasserie. We are going to be great friends.
