Life has been crazy; Completely, utterly insane!

Take this weekend for instance. Saturday began with a video shoot, followed by teaching a private event cooking class, then attending the Diner en Blanc dinner event in downtown Atlanta. When we woke up Sunday morning, I had no idea where the day before had even ended or began. It was a whirlwind!

The one thing I did know, was I needed coffee and breakfast stat.

Sublime Doughnuts

Doughnuts and coffee sounded like an amazing, no pretense choice, so we headed to Sublime Doughnuts in midtown. They have an awesome “Cloud Coffee” menu, served either hot or iced. I had a fantastic Salted Butter Iced Cloud while the hubs enjoyed a Caramel Cloud. Sooooooo good. < That should have more “o’s”.

We couldn’t decide on the doughnuts so we picked a medley including Red Velvet, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, a White Chocolate Peach Fritter and their best selling Strawberries and Cream.

^ That one. Who would put whole strawberries inside a doughnut?? They do, and these are the most amazing doughnuts I’ve ever tasted, hands down.

Sublime also offers a great selection of ice cream, a casual atmosphere, and if you fall in love like we did, a great selection of Sublime souvenirs!

When life starts to spin out of control, and you just need it to slow down to catch your breath, stop by and grab a doughnut or three and one of their coffee clouds. I guarantee it will be a “Sublime” experience. …and they’re open 24 hours. 🙂
