My family has a passion for high quality foods and healthy lifestyles. Spending time in the kitchen, while experimenting with various recipes, has always been therapeutic after a long work week. As a mother of 2 young children, I am always looking for nutritious snacks and meals to appease picky eaters. My Grandfather’s homemade almond butter has always been a crowd pleaser and does not compare to what is commercially available. After much encouragement by family and friends, I decided to leave the Corporate world and start a small food business in 2012. We are excited to share our line of Premium Nut Butters with you! ~Jaime Foster, Georgia Grinders
As a mom, Mimi (grandmother) and wife, these words ring very true. Sometimes it’s difficult to please everyone when it comes to snacking; especially healthy ones that are equally delicious.
Growing up, peanut butter was always a favorite staple and my automatic go-to. Whether mom mixed it with jelly for a sandwich, spread it on vanilla wafers for a sweet treat, added a few bananas in true Elvis Presley style or simply handed me the jar and a spoon, it was always welcomed with a smile and an open mouth.
While peanut butter was a much healthier option than say a candy bar, looking back and knowing much more about nutrition, mom’s peanut butter wasn’t very healthy by today’s standards. We didn’t have many choices back then, and our peanut butter was fairly loaded with trans fats, salt and sugar. That is the tremendous difference in Georgia Grinder’s Premium Nut Butters. They are good, and truly good for you.
At Georgia Grinders, we strive to create extraordinary products from simple, all natural ingredients.
